Bluegrass and Beyond is an immersive musical experience that welcomes students of all skill levels ages 8–99 on violin, viola, cello, double bass, guitar, mandolin, banjo, and vocals. Students will learn to make music together in a variety of genres including bluegrass, folk, Americana, and Irish music. Daily activities at our camp will include improvisation, individual and group lessons, and composition. The students will have the opportunity to attend a faculty recital and participate in a final student performance for the Crested Butte Art Festival.

Families, friends, and new friends who haven’t met yet will all join one another in a lively camp setting to learn to make music together. Every student will leave with meaningful connections, wonderful memories, and the lifelong gift of music-making.

On one evening, there will be a faculty concert, free to all attendees.
