In 2020, Colorado saw the worst wildfires in recorded history with over 430,000 acres of forest homes and structures burned. In the same season, 4 million acres across the west burned. This devastating season is a grim reminder of the future and the trials residents of the west will face in the coming years. “Wildfire” (2020) reflects on the journey one takes through fire, ash, and rebirth in the wake of the drought-fed, windswept flames.
